The purchase price reflects the current exchange rate, bank wire transfer fees, Japanese tax rates, and export fees at the time of purchase. A
bank wire transfer will be sent to our manufacturer in Japan to begin processing your order once payment has fully cleared.
Due to the nature of
special made-to-order items, no changes, modifications, or cancellations may be made after the bank wire has been sent.
All body kits, aero components, and engines are special-order, made-to-order products. Duce International LLC / TRMNL RACING has no control over manufacturer production delays, supply chain interruptions, tariffs, freight carrier issues, customs delays, or international shipping conditions. Any quoted lead times are estimates only and are provided solely as a courtesy to the customer.
All products sold by Duce International LLC / TRMNL RACING are intended for OFF-ROAD and MOTORSPORT COMPETITION USE ONLY and may not be legal for use on public roads or highways in certain states or countries. The customer is solely responsible for determining compliance with all local,
state, federal, and international laws and regulations regarding vehicle use, emissions, safety, and installation. Any misuse may be subject to regulatory fines in your area.
Handmade Japanese fiberglass and carbon fiber products may exhibit variations in finish, weave, fitment, surface texture, and appearance due to
the nature of low-volume motorsport manufacturing.
Additional preparation, trimming, modification, sanding, bodywork, alignment, and refinishing
may be required prior to installation, especially for non-motorsport or show-quality applications.
Professional installation by an experienced automotive performance or body shop specializing in aftermarket and motorsport products is strongly
recommended.
Duce International LLC / TRMNL RACING shall not be held liable for improper installation, misuse, modification, racing incidents, loss of use, labor
costs, delays, or consequential damages of any kind.

SHIPPING POLICY
All aero kits are shipped via FedEx International Freight with typically a 3-7 business day turn around worldwide.
All in stock US based brake systems, wheels, harnesses, and misc accessories are shipped via USPS & UPS with typically a 1-7 business day turn around domestic.
All brake systems, wheels, harnesses, and misc accessories are shipped via USPS & UPS with typically a 5-10 business day turn around worldwide. * Does not include production of made to order items.
*Please document the condition of your shipment prior to opening for all damage related claims. Any undocumented box with a damaged product will not be eligble for any damage claim insurance.
MANUFACTURING
All TRA Kyoto aero kits are made to order with a 8- 10 week turn around.
All TCP Magic aero kits are made to order with a 6-12 month turn around.
All VARIS aero kits are made to order with a 6-14 month turn around.
RAYS Wheels in-stock ship same in 2 business days, special order Volk Racing wheels have a 6-8 month lead time.
Once payment is processed by Japan vendors, production begins on your product and no cancellations or refunds will be possible. ETA's a provided as a courtesy but there is no guarantee from vendors on production times.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
There are no returns, cancellations, or refunds for Special Made To Order Items. There are no returns or refunds on domestic items that are opened or repackaged after received by recipient.
